Ascot Racecourse Ltd has implemented a comprehensive behavioural management policy to ensure that all customers have an outstanding experience. As part of this policy, customers who are deemed to be intoxicated will not be permitted onto the Racecourse grounds.

We kindly request that our guests be mindful of their alcohol consumption during the event. While alcohol is included in the price, it is important to consider your personal alcohol limit. Excessive intake leading to disruptive or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Guests exhibiting rowdy or aggressive behavior will be asked to contact their family or friends to escort them back to London.

Please note that refunds are not applicable for this event. Once you have confirmed your attendance, any cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your payment.

The use, possession, or distribution of any kind of drugs is strictly prohibited. Any guests found in possession or under the influence of drugs will be immediately removed from the premises and may face legal consequences.

Please be aware that filming and photography recordings will take place during the event. Some photographs and videos may be used for promotional purposes on social media or other platforms. If you have any concerns regarding the use of your image, please feel free to contact us.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items during the event. It is advised that you take necessary precautions to safeguard your personal belongings. We recommend keeping valuable items secure or leaving them at home to avoid any potential loss.

Timeliness is crucial for the smooth operation of the event. It is essential that we depart on time as scheduled. We cannot be held responsible for guests who are unable to meet the departure time. If you are unable to meet the designated departure time, it is recommended to arrange alternative transportation and meet us at the racecourse. Similarly, for the return journey, failure to meet the designated departure time will require you to make your own way back to London at your own expense using public transport.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to proceed with organizing this trip, all deposits and fees will be fully refunded. We will notify you as soon as possible if any changes or cancellations occur.
